Who is Mary??

I grew up and lived in the NW Florida panhandle for 30 years. I moved to the PNW in 2016. I studied and graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts where I learned Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, Myofascial Release, Structural Bodywork, and Thai modalities. My primary approaches are Deep tissue, Myofascial and structural modalities. 

For the past two decades nutrition, aromatherapy, holistic alternative healing have become a passion and lifestyle. I have learned through experience that our healing is truly a lifelong journey which is linear and ever evolving change. 

After overcoming a dramatic weight loss journey,  having another child after 10 years, rebuilding my life from numerous traumatic events throughout my life, I have learned how the mind and body are connected and how bodywork is an integral part of releasing traumas that we may have trapped within. The mind body, soul connection is so vital for living a truly balanced life.

I am truly grateful to be able to facilitate a safe space to be able to allow each client to bring awareness to their body and to help in their healing process. 

When I am not practicing massage I make art, jewelry, spending time with my kids, loving on plants, traveling, hiking, dancing and relaxing with my incredible Partner.   I collect all kinds of crystals. I love building intentional crystal grids. My partner and I own our own our own online metaphysical store and we would love to help you find your Magick.
